The field has world-class facilities, including a high-speed quad
chair that whisks you up to the highest point at 1,650 metres.
The view from the summit of the crown-like peak is astounding,
with breathtaking views of The Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the
Crown Range. The season runs from June to October, and the snow
ratings are 20% beginner, 45% intermediate and 35% advanced.
Lifts include 1 quad, 1 triple chair, 1 double chair, T-Bar,
handle-tow. A magic carpet carries skiers up the Big Easy
beginners slope.
The large modern base complex has a licensed brasserie, bar,
self-service café, ski/snowboard rental and training schools.
Exclusive sundown skiing and boarding is available, with
attractive twilight and night combo packages, which include
refreshments and meals. A range of daytime Super Pass options can
be purchased for Coronet Peak and other South Island ski fields,
with discounts extending to activity options in Queenstown.
